Testing for foreign citizens possible?

Hi!

I already tried to contact you through an email address which can be found in the integration PDF but it looks like the address is not active anymore. So I try it via this channel:

Maybe you are able to help us: We are a German company providing digital signature solutions to PHP developers all around the world.

A possible customer send us your integration manual and we see a good chance that we can create a module for this service for our signature solution: https://www.setasign.com/products/setapdf-signer/details/

Anyhow, as this requires some kind of registration (I guess?) I want to ask if you see a chance that we would be able to test/integrate this at all without being a Portuguese citizen?

It would be great if you can give us some information about this.

PS: We already build a signature module for the SAFE service: https://github.com/Setasign/SetaPDF-Signer-Addon-SAFE which was/is only possible to test with a customer in Portugal – so a similar issue.
