Litmus(링크)에 있는 problemset을 현재 프로젝트로 이전하는 작업.
Litmus 상에서의 problemset 디렉토리는 /home/litmus/public_html/problem이며
contests에는 문제가 존재하며 하나의 문제에 해당하는 input, output파일이 함께 존재함.
이를 같이 현재 프로젝트로 이전해야 함

Django 1.11에서는 django-admin과 manage.py를 통해 데이터를 저장하도록 할 수 있습니다. 관련 키워드는 fixture이고, json 형태로 작성 가능합니다.
