You can’t remove an intermediate filter without removing all subsequent filters if the first filter is genes. For example if I do a search then select genes then select a GO term, it looks like I could remove the genes filter without removing the GO term filter but when I click the x on the genes filter the GO filter is lost as well. This doesn't appear to be the case if I select GO terms. I find this behavior odd but not a showstopper.
