heatmap does not overlap on the map

I simply followed along with the example you have published in the /app
But somehow the heatmap layer has a different scale altogether.

At first, the whole heatmap looks like one giant red ball, but if you zoom right in for a while; you shall see the actual heatmap layer, with its details.

At 2 zoom level

at 15+ zoom level
