Changing imgs to assets

As this seems to be a more well known name, plus it allows for better utilization, not all microservices will require images, however many require assets, email templates, includes, configurations etc.

Tried to submit an MR but repo is all locked down.

I'm currently looking into implementing this as the default service structure at my workplace and would find this a useful documentation repo if suitable
