question about week tab display in main calendar (backend - date in DMY)

Hi All,
Does anyone know where in js or php is option to change date display for main calendar from M/D to D/M in a week display tab? I've been looking at the code and perhaps missed this somehow or I am looking on wrong place basically change from this:

to this:

In backend settings the date format is set to DMY. Everything else works superb, except on main calendar. Or is there any reason it is in M/D format?

• backed date format set to DMY
• issue appears only on week display tab in main calendar
• tried to change date format in backend but nothings changed in week tab
