[Brainstorm] Optimize notification layout

Inspired by #803
Currently the notifications we send contain a lot of information. Which makes it hard to read the important information quickly in an Push notification on your phone. This discussion is to brainstrom about a more optimize layout of the notification for both Completed and Threshold notifications.

Ideas:

Completed

Other idea coming from #1973

• Remove serverid, Ookla url
• Drop Markdown format so we can reuse the same resource view for all notifications channels.
