Microtasks? Macrotasks?

Maybe you have not ever touched this couple of words, and if you do have, will you mind communicating here to help me learn about them. Actually, according to cc's talk, I have basically learn the concept of them and note down here. However, I know there should be several mistakes during the process of learning. I hope that you can give a more detailed talk here so that I can note it with a more impressive and apparent way.

到底每一次 event loop 是否会先从 macrotasks 中提取所有可执行任务先执行一遍呢？
