I can't use aiortc on 64-bit Windows because there's no wheel for netifaces and the project has been archived.

Happy to address this, but would it be better to fix netifaces or remove it as a dependency?

Have you offered to (co)maintain netifaces, see al45tair/netifaces#78 ?

It looks like https://github.com/pydron/ifaddr is a good candidate, AFAICT it's Python-only so it does not require binary wheels.

Switch from netifaces to ifaddr (fixes: aiortc#62)

The `netifaces` package is no longer maintained, so no new wheels are
being published. As it is not a pure Python package, this means that
installing `aioice` would require users to compile `netifaces`
themselves which is not trivial on some platforms.

We use the `ifaddr` package instead, which is a pure Python package.
