Strange categories & categories with a link

Describe the bug
For the ANAEE thesaurus in front, there is a category at the end of the list that corresponds to nothing in the edit view
For INRAE Thesaurus there is a "Agriculture" category with urls to Agrovoc. Does not exist in edit view
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/ANAEETHES'
2. Look at categories
3. See error

After discussion in last meeting on this subject a few actions items were proposed:

• Remove the "key classes" from the first slot (only leave keywords)
• Move "key classes" to the "Content" section in the Summary page
• Enforce the fact that the key classes form in the Edit page can take only URIs from the current ontology being described.
• Display Categories with a button that looks like the one used in other pages when we display the Categories button (with mouse over name of the Category) but not clickable (to be selected).
• Display Subjects by resolving them to a label (not a code or URI) in Agrovoc
• Restrict the Subject selector in the Edit page to AGROVOC only using an autocomplete selector menu.
• Change the UI sentence in the Sumamry page from "Keywords and classes" to "Keywords" and "Categories and subjects" to "Categories (from AgroPortal) and subjects (from AGROVOC)"
• In the "Edit submisison": (i) move the Category edition from "General" to "Description" right above "Keywords"; (ii) move the Subject edition from Usage to "Description" right under keywords.

Test and validate the whole things with TRIPHASE and INRAETHES
