bigger red dot option

My eyes aren't as good as they used to be and when I used the high-resolution version of live-map at the highest settings I really strain to see the dot. Is there any possibility to make the dot bigger in that resolution (highest zoom out) - perhaps the dot could be the 9 pixels around the current dot?
