Choose DB backend and decouple from tx sender #6

Right now the same DB used to send txs to L1 is used for keeping track of everything, and give info to the suers through the API. We should decide:

If it's worth it to keep it as it is. Also, the tx sender itself may change. Depends on Decouple tx sender from zkevm-node? #4
If we split this responsability, what DB do we choose?
