As a user, I want to state the industry that I work in to indicate my exposure level to COVID-19.

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when I am prompted with a question asking about my industry.
It's done when there's a list of options and I can only select one.
It's done when there's a back button available in case a user wants to change their previous answer.
