feat: sleep hours screen

As a user, I want to state the number of hours I've been sleeping to communicate if I've been getting adequate sleep during the pandemic (a possible symptom of COVID-19).

Acceptance Criteria

• It's done when I am prompted with a question asking about the number of hours I slept last night.
• It's done when there's a list of range options and I can only select one.
• It's done when there's a back button available in case a user wants to change their previous answer.
