As a user, I want to state if anyone in my household is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 to further specify my exposure level.

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when I am prompted with a question asking about household members are displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
It's done when there's two options to select from -- Yes or No -- and only one can be selected.
It's done when there's a back button available in case a user wants to change their previous answer.
