As a user, I want to select my current symptom(s) to specify how I'm feeling today.

Acceptance Criteria

It's done when I am prompted with a question asking about my symptoms.
It's done when a list of symptoms are viewable and more than one can be checked.
It's done when there's a back button available in case a user wants to change their previous answer.
It's done when a Next button is available to progress to the next screen.
