hello i have an issue with the automated code to detect thresholds for binarization
https://github.com/aertslab/pySCENIC/blob/master/src/pyscenic/binarization.py

the detected threshold does not split the peaks into two ( bimodal). should I manually revise the thresholds and set it myself ? For example FLI1, should it be at 0.018 ?
