Not Fetching the patient na,e #63

as you can see in the screenshot which I've taken I don't get it how to fix this issue
I mean my other pages are working fine but I'm unable to get the names of the patient which I've created appointment with
now that I look in the appwrite I can see that my patient name is not getting fetched

please let me know how to solve this issue?
