I want the values of the labels on a horizontal bar graph to be shown completely on hovering over it if it's a truncated value.

I want the values in the label that are truncated to be shown in complete over hovering

The picture shows the current behaviour. Which is okay but an addition is needed to see the full label on hovering over the truncated values.
