Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically retrieve or re-distribute Tueba-D/Z data.
Please consult the release page. Once you acquired the data, please use TigerSearch to convert the file tuebadz-11.0-export4-tiger.txt.zip to TIGER-XML format and store the result in the file tiger.xml.
Note that these naming and format conventions are required for subsequent analysis.
