Once we have the proper database ready (by #1 and #4),

We need to figure out the algorithms that can be used to generate the data index from the data base and also help us traverse through it and find the similarity index between the requested data and version control data.

This is essential for us to provide Quality of Service for the end user as well, enabling low-latency communication.
