From time to time (so not always, most transactions succeeded) I receive an error INS-1 or an empty error code from MPesa.
Looking at the CPS portal I see that those failed transactions were due to insufficient funds of the user.
Do you have any idea why the response does not have the correct error code (INS-2006)
