Changed the global debug variable initial value to false. This fixes the ZuluSCSI v1.0 mini logging issue discovered in the following issue: #385 Thanks to @dramirez1972 for finding the bug.

At least since 23.12.13 I noticed thousand of DBG messages in the logfile.
Even with Debug = 0 in the zuluscsi.ini config file, the same issue happens.
Also, even with no zuluscsi.ini config file, same behaviour. Default it's no debug messages, right?
