[Enhancement] team chat to specific team channels

Description

make a feature to team chat to specific channels, i.e. /teammsg will only send to a specific channel. add a toggle that, if enabled, a message that is sent in general chat (minecraft) to send to general chat as well as team chat, and if disabled, will only send to team chat.

this feature is useful for servers that have teams and want to keep things private from teams. make sure when chat from discord, it will only send to the team members
