Web UI option?

It would be super-neat if it was possible, either via Core or through a plugin (which I'd have a stab at writing myself, if it is doable!) for a Web UI to be made available that essentially mirrors what the desktop UI shows, but in a tabbed web interface accessible at, say http://localhost:1337

With a suitable auto-refresh setup, this would mean that when playing the game on a SteamDeck or other remote streaming device, where having other programs running and being overlaid on the display isn't possible, players would still be able to fire up a browser on their phone or a tablet and see the data that way.

Is this possible?
