无论怎么调节风速均为4%

How to Reproduce / 复现步骤

go to homekit
click fan
adjust the wind speed of fan
No matter how the wind speed is adjusted, the wind speed of the fan is 4%

Expected Behavior / 预期结果

可以正常调节风速
