Not seeing a Step by step install guide to install a NODE on a Linux or Windows machine. Can someone please help with this. Thank you

What machine are you using specifically? We did include ubuntu node and yarn install instructions. We are working on updating the guide for node install.

readme file is not complete, I tried "yarn install" but it doesn't work.

try using Yarn add instead of Yarn install
