Fixing TypeScript problems of react-three-fiber

The talk

One-sentence summary

What's the format — is it a case study, a live coding session, a workshop or something else?

Tell us more about the talk

(for meetup agenda)

I fixed few TypeScript problems of react-three-fiber, the reconciler for 3D graphics in React.
I have encountered few interesting problems along the way, including a use case for TypeScript Compiler API. I'm gonna walk you through the cool parts.

(for discussion, don't paste it into the agenda)

You

A few words about yourself

I build software while listening to lo-fi and city pop. I like coffee almost as much as I like typed functional programming. I'm a firm believer in cheap code optimized for change. I also write stuff at https://haspar.us.

How can we find you on social media?

Would you be willing to have a Q/A session after the talk?

yup

Do you mind if we record the event?

yes please

Is there anything we can help you with?

I don't think so
