Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to use home-row modifiers, but for general typing, the delay is disregarded if a modifier and another key is pressed at same time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow a toggle to not have modifier keys automatically enable when another key is pressed at the same time.
