Numpad keys involved in keybinds still reach the client.

Since the big API/plugin rehaul, numpad keys that are assigned to a bind are still reaching the client. I.e.: - opens the menu, / toggles walking, 9 zooms out, 4 moves left, etc. This didn't use to be the case: bind %numpad- provoke used to correctly trigger the JA command, and would not open the menu.
