horizontal scroll-bar effect on page

What is happening?

The page has a horizontal scroll-bar which makes the user experience not pleasant

To Reproduce

1. Go to Wikiedu landing page
2. Scroll down the page
3. You will notice that the page moves horizontally

Expected behavior

For effective user experience, one should be able to scroll down the page smoothly.

This bug is part of the WordPress theme we use on wikiedu.org, so I'll transfer it to that repo.

In particular, it looks like this bug is caused by the width of the sub-menu for 'About Us': https://github.com/WikiEducationFoundation/WikiEduWebsite2015/blob/master/assets/styles/layouts/_header.scss#L52
