Eliminate tracked object mark flickering

It's flickering with multiple cameras because frameset contains invalid frames -- that's result of FramesetAggregator.

a) Think about effects of having only single valid frame only in a frameset
b) At least still draw the mark regardless of valid frame (valid Positset is enough)
