[Feature Request] Plaiceholder 2.5.0

The plaiceholder just have been updated to 2.5.0 version, bringing more ways to customize the base64 output.
Plaiceholder now allows you to customize transparency, brightness, saturation and more!

Example

Please, update the plaiceholder to this version and turn the strapi-plugin-placeholder compatible.

Would be great to have. Plaiceholder is now on v3, which is in maintenance mode (so this should be the last update).

Would love this to be able to use transparency.
