Add index view for WebhookLogs

Because
We need a way to audit the webhook activity coming from Sony Ci to verify its success or failure.

The useful view for archivists will need a little decoration, but not much.

Fields:

• Date
  • primary sort, descending
  • user friendly format of created_at
• Filename
  • This is in the request_body
• GUID
  • the AMS Asset ID, linked
• Error
  • user friendly format of Error class and message.

Done when
As an archivist
I can view a complete list of webhook logs detailing only the linking of Sony Ci files with AMS Assets,
sorted by date.
