using bootstrap-vue in a project breaks the styling of WidgetTopNavigation

naviBug
import BootstrapVue from "bootstrap-vue";
import "bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.css";
import "bootstrap-vue/dist/bootstrap-vue.css";
Vue.use(BootstrapVue);
