Implementing a view to CRUD the organizations, requires a web app controller that implements actions for the CRUD operations:

An initial GET-Request returning a paginated set of Organizations
A web socket connection to send newly created Organizations
A web socket connection to delete Organizations
A web socket connection to update an Organization

All web socket connections have to send the changes to all other clients.
