Animal Ally & Boon Companion

The feats Animal Ally and Boon Companion do not interact with each other.

Also, Animal Ally itself is bugged, the animal companion should have a level of: your character level -3, but it's actually your character level -4. My animal companion was at level 16 when I hit 20 and Boon Companion didn't work.

This is a result of the animal compation progression fix. 16 at 20 is correct progression for a full progression animal companion which you have with animal ally and boon companion.

But wouldn't this mean that you should get a max level animal companion by level 20? Without Boon Companion?
