IDE License.txt

This license applies to all the stack files that make up the LiveCode
IDE, with the exception of the documentation contents which is dual 
licensed (under either GPL or Commercial license as applicable). It
also excludes any password protected IDE stacks which are present only
in the Commercial Edition of LiveCode.
