I made a new branch "tutorials_editing" that has a copy of Tutorials 2.* at https://github.com/VH-Lab/NDI-matlab/tree/tutorials_editing/docs/tutorials in the directory https://github.com/VH-Lab/NDI-matlab/tree/tutorials_editing/docs/tutorials/analyzing_first_physiology_experiment_detailed

Could you all edit the first one to be Tutorial 3.1 and provide the extra detail?

While you are in there, finding any typos in the originals would be great. They are in https://github.com/VH-Lab/NDI-matlab/tree/tutorials_editing/docs/tutorials/analyzing_first_physiology_experiment
