Currently the module only supports maxiops as the storage tier.

Available storage tiers available at https://upcloud.com/docs/products/block-storage/features/tiers/

API documentation at https://developers.upcloud.com/1.3/8-servers/#create-server (see storage_devices block and the tier parameter).
