UI Bugs on Manage Residents & Admins Page

There are two bugs with the residents and admin page.

The first has to do with the sorting options. There are some characters that have not been properly encoded in the drop-down.

The second has to do with the text. The drop-down says "Account Created" and the table says "Last updated". It is unclear what it is actually sorting by, ideally it sorts by "Account created"
