Feature Description

For the change management, we need to add a charities filter to the search bar.
THIS MAY NOT BE REQUIRED, DON'T DO IT IF WE DON'T NEED TO

Problem You're Trying to Solve

Our users want to be able to search for items that are not part of a current charity
