more on producing output (Rmarkdown, ggplot2 and tables)
suggestion: R data types closer to the beginning
packages may not be needed for beginners

Thank you for your feedback, Lab Santé!

Lessons on producing outputs (adapted from knitr lesson) and visualization have been added
Data types has been moved to the beginning
Many others mentioned adding information on packages. From the perspective of many in the community packages are a staple in R. I believe they should be included.
