Describe the bug
When scrolling on the terminal in the PC build, output does not scroll

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Build the smartfin_pc build
Run build/pc_hal/smartfin_pc
Enter #CLI without a trailing newline
Scroll using mousewheel
See error

Expected behavior
Output should scroll
