For example, if one specifies

                      "m_trigDetailStr": "basic passTriggers"

which silently fails because it can't find decorations. Specifically, those decorations only get set if BasicEventSelection::m_storeTrigDecisions = true. So we should at least be more consistent and help the users a bit more here.
