Суть
Большой текстовый комментарий закрывает полностью картинку в аттаче при просмотре в режиме галереи

Предложение

Первый вариант: в activity_image_viewer.xml в TextView ("@+id/tvText") добавить android:maxLines="6"
Второй вариант (если хочется пролистывать текст):

в activity_image_viewer.xml в TextView ("@+id/tvText") добавить android:maxHeight = "150sp" android:scrollbars = "vertical"
в ImageViewerActivity добавить tvText.setMovementMethod(ScrollingMovementMethod())
