Outposts icons are sometimes not displayed

Describe the Bug

Expected Behavior

Flag icons on squaremap are sometimes not displayed.

Here's an example, one of these claims is an outpost but there's no flag on top of it.

It should have a flag on the map like this outpost :

Hi, sorry for the delay in response.

This is interesting, I can't think of anything off the top of my head that might cause this issue.

Here's some questions that can hopefully point us in the right direction:

• Does this occur for the same outposts every time?
• Are there any similarities between the outposts w/lo the flags on the map (part of same town, etc)?
• Any other patterns you noticed?

Could you also please post the output of the /towny map command at an outpost where this occurs.
