Add more market of country or area

I try to set parameter as it-IT and es-ES, and the en-ROW. These value stand for Italy, Spain and Rest of the World. Sometimes these different than others, but they can't to work. Will these support in future?

en-ROW is not en-US, but now it redirected to en-US. The true ULR of that parameter like below.

And Brazil has special parameter, which is PT-BR.
Even the probability is very small about these two parameters differed than others' area. I hope these can support.
