[FEATURE] Slightly decrease the text scroll speed

I think the game description is a bit hard to read. My tv is not small, but if I'm sitting on the couch, I'm in trouble. I increased the font size a bit, which helped a lot but the scroll speed of the text is still a bit too high and I couldn't figure out how to change this.

The text box is rather small and if the text is long I often can't make it to the end because the text scrolls faster than I can read. So I'd love to see a small decrease of scroll speed (or atleast a tipp how to do this myself).
