[FEATURE] a demo mode launch video randomly

A demo mode that allows you to randomly trigger the videos of the games that you have scraped.
Example video location:
/roms/{system}/media/videos

In the menu settings -> General
Have the option to enable demo mode after x minutes.

I think this maybe overlaps a little bit with the consideration of an "Attract Mode".
Iconsidered a solution inspired by another Pegasus theme, retromega-next, which has this function to toggle this mode on the homescreen by pressing the "filter"-button (x on xbox styled gamepad)

I have just tested the "retromega-next" theme and I see the function which allows you to launch random game videos when using the "LT(xbox) or L2(psx)" but which requires having controllers with these buttons are not for everyone.
The mode I propose is more like an automatic screensaver after x minutes that you configure in the options. This saves a controller key.
